Two: the store’s a fit and you want the leaks watched — your full walk-through fee credits toward the $1,000 Founder Pilot if you move forward within 30 days.

Three: I tell you a pilot isn’t the right next step yet, in writing, with what I’d tighten first. Roughly one in three stores should hear that — the honest no is part of what you’re paying for.

The same read I’d want on my own store.

Sixteen years in QSR operations — Shift Leader to Assistant Manager to General Manager — and I still run a store every week. I’ve built schedules, chased variances, survived health inspections, and closed more Friday rushes than I can count. This isn’t theory from a consultant’s deck.

Do I need to change my POS?
No. Nothing gets replaced, integrated, or repaired. Everything works alongside what you already run.
What if I already have reports?
You almost certainly do — that’s not the gap. Reports tell you what already happened. The walk-through finds what’s slipping while the week is still recoverable: the labor drift on Wednesday instead of after payroll, the vendor short at the door instead of at the monthly count.
What if I’m not ready for AI?
Then start here and stop here. The walk-through stands completely on its own — observed pain points, dollar estimates, fixes you can run with a clipboard. Plenty of the fixes in a typical assessment need no technology at all.
