The Operator Walk-Through is a short, paid engagement: I watch a real shift in your restaurant, then deliver a written assessment of where money’s leaking and what to do about it — whether or not you ever buy anything else from me.
Or just text me: (619) 567-9869
Independent restaurant owners and QSR operators who feel it — food cost creeping, labor drifting, follow-ups dying between shifts. If you’re close enough to your floor to care about the details, this was built for you.
I spend a scheduled window inside your operation during real service — opening prep through the rush, or whatever window matches your concern. I talk with you and one or two key people, watch how work actually moves through the store, then go away and write it up. Assessment within seven days, plus a 30-minute review meeting to walk through it together.
Best when you already know what’s hurting and want a second set of eyes on it.
Best when something’s leaking and you’re not sure where. Recommended for most stores.
Payment is up front by invoice. Work begins once payment is received and the visit is scheduled. You keep the written assessment no matter what happens next.
One: you take the fixes and run — the assessment is yours.
Two: the store’s a fit and you want the leaks watched — your full walk-through fee credits toward the $1,000 Founder Pilot if you move forward within 30 days.
Three: I tell you a pilot isn’t the right next step yet, in writing, with what I’d tighten first. Roughly one in three stores should hear that — the honest no is part of what you’re paying for.
Sixteen years in QSR operations — Shift Leader to Assistant Manager to General Manager — and I still run a store every week. I’ve built schedules, chased variances, survived health inspections, and closed more Friday rushes than I can count. This isn’t theory from a consultant’s deck.
