OpenClaw shadow-governance connector
The v0.7.x public line ships a unified local observa CLI with verified-email access requests alongside the existing pairing and lifecycle commands. Its plugin manifest fixes the posture in the package itself: authority NONE, enforcement OFF, active false, and mapping status UNMAPPED with automatic mapping activation set to false.
Historical: the v0.6.x line introduced account-free local discovery, non-authoritative AutoMap proposals, and a local Governability Diagnosis.

Public v0.7.3 is live on GitHub and ClawHub, and declares OpenClaw 2026.8.2 or newer. The Local Node CLI for n8n is published separately on npm as @mcpherson-ai/observa-local-node 0.1.6. Disabled mode is inert for ordinary observations.
